Sam is so awesome and a great person to have on your side when you're refinancing your home like me and my husband did twice :)He is very thorough and makes sure you've understood everything before it's submitted. He told us exactly what we needed and when we needed it by to make the process go as quickly and as smoothly as possible.He is very kind, considerate, and professional. You could tell he knew what he was doing and seemed like he genuinely cared about us getting what we wanted.

Sam was very easy to get ahold of and speak with. He took the time to walk me through the process and clarify any questions or concerns I may have had. He was flexible and accommodating in the way we communicated and when. He made my experience very positive coming from another lender who was unresponsive and delayed the process months.
