Finally, Bank loan officer said, “Stop trying to get a loan from a large corporate bank that their loan officers have no flexibility to adapt to different financials other than the normal employee with a W-2 income.” He gave me Same Sabbagh name and called Sam to introduce me and tell him that I would be calling him. Sam took all the usual mass of information and “birddogged” it to the very end. All of this time, I am telling him you will never get this through. In the end, he accomplished the mission and I do trust him.
I have utilized Sam on many different purchases and refinances on existing properties. Nothing but professionalism, efficiency, patience, and the utmost attention whenever I have a question.
