Sam Sharp and his team made the refinance process effortless. The loan terms were clear from the start, we got a rate that was better than the competitors' rates, and all our questions were answered promptly. Sam's office (GuaranteedRate) is nearby, but we were able to do everything by phone and email. We even had the option of having the closing at our house in the evening--a real plus. Sam helped us refinancing less than two months after purchase. We weren't thrilled with our rate and contacted him. He got us a mortgage that is 10 years and 1.125% in interest rate less that our previous one. Overall, we are paying almost $1000 less each month and saved over $300k in interests and other costs.
