Anyone who wants a seamless home close should work with Sam and his team. My experience with them could not of been better. My home closed well under the 30 day terms, w/ a competitive rate, and the process was completely stress free. I couldn't be more grateful for their help. They have a customer for life. As a first time-home buyer, I was not very knowledgeable about the process, and I was quite daunted. However, working with Sam and his team made it a great experience. Sam was patient, straight-forward, and extremely responsive. He and his team respond to emails/calls within minutes. Thanks to them we received a clear-to-close several weeks before our closing date, and had a stress-free and uneventful experience. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Sam provided me with a pre-approval letter through a very smooth process on their website and a couple of phone calls. Then after we found the right home Same ended up providing us with 5 different loan options based on my requests. After comparing his options to other lenders we went with Sam and it was a fairly smooth process to the end of our On Time closing!

Need to close on the house by April 17. Around march 20 or saw my original lender screwed me and wanted to close in May. I got a hold of Sam and made it clear I needed to close in 3 weeks. HE DID IT!!!! We closed April 17 as planned.
