Sam was very responsive to questions, with a great turn around on communications. He also offered the lowest rate (even after comparisons with QuickLoans and Lending Tree services). We wanted to close in less than 3 weeks; he and his team made sure that happened. The Guaranteed Rate website also made uploading documents easy. I would certainly turn to Sam if I were to make another purchase.
I had a very positive experience working with Sam and his team. Everything from getting pre-approved to the final closing and everything in between. I was surprised at how quickly they could respond too. We had a closing date of 4 weeks from acceptance and they were able to turn the loan around no problem.
