Never answered any calls when I needed answers to questions. Only called me and demanded when they needed something. Did not close on time. Changed my closing date 3 times. Overall it was a horrible first time buyer experience. Wish I went with someone more approachable and helpful.

If you ever need a mortgage loan, I recommend Samantha Jackson because they are very fast and really easy to work with. she has a great team of people that is very friendly and they wont make you feel like your beneath them. thanks again for helping us get our house. I also had 2 friends buying a house and they started there loan process about 2 months before I did and I closed 1 week after both of them did.
