Amazing experience - they went above and beyond, very compassionate, excellent customer service every step of the way. Also affordable and excellent communication. Would highly recommend.

These incompetent shameless people WRONGFULLY AND INTENTIONALLY put the wrong name on my late mothers Death Certificate!!! Didnt bother to check her paperwork or contact us ************ for correct information to be placed on her Death Certificate. I cannot access her medical records now because of their STUPIDITY. They told me that they ASSUMED! Instead of verifying and confirming. They refused to correct their mistake and had the nerve to tell me to do it and at my expense. Get a lawyer . All States Cremation has completely unacceptable business practices. My father pre-paid for a cremation that was sold to him as a convenience for his children when he ******* has been anything but a convenience. The soonest appointment I was offered to meet with a funeral director was 10 days after his death. Even after that appointment happens, it will be another 4-6 business days after that for the cremation, which is totally UNACCEPTABLE! My sisters cremation was delayed over a month, pricing was inconsistent, and communication was poor. We were misinformed about when they had custody of her, and personal belongings were missing and damaged. During the viewing, her wife was left alone to check her appearance first, not knowing her condition, before my niece could see her. No staff support was provided. I shouldnt even leave one star! This place was a disaster a literal nightmare handling my nephews funeral. Its September 8th his funeral was August 18th and he still hasnt been cremated as if this doesnt say it all !! They gave information to a non family member or next of kin that was not to be shared and we reiterated that repeatedly.
