Clearly unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. My father passed years ago in another buried in another state but continue to get notices from Baldwin Brothers Cremation Society addressed to my Father soliciting his own cremation. I am not impressed with their marketing,

Tina ******* was very professional and sweet getting me involved with Baldwin Brothers, but once they had their services paid for the problems began. I was told that the cremation of my wife would take 7-10 business days to receive her ashes, but after 12 business days with no phone call I decided to reach out and see where her remains were. When told that the problem was obtaining the Urn I had ordered, I tried to change to a less expensive biodegradable box. I regret to say that our experience with ****************************** was deeply distressing. We entrusted them with the care of my late father, only to face a series of heartbreaking oversights. After the cremation, we were devastated to receive an empty urn. Four hours later, they informed us that my father's ashes were not inside the urn we had been given.
