Excellent help with Christmas presents for two of my grand children including an exchange for a change of plans.
While the strings I ordered were back-ordered, I did receive them as soon as they received them. I had called Sam Ash to see if they knew when they would come and they tech there told me they had 70 sets coming that were ordered in April. They received them about two weeks later and I had them soon after. Very good people and shipping was quick when they received them. Thanks Sam Ash.
Once I ordered the guitar a nice man called to let me know it would be delayed and gave me a really good expectation of time when it would be delivered very pleased with the guitar thank you
The availability of the items I purchased was good. It was a small order and must have shipped from 2 different places because they came in 2 shipments, 3 days apart. Not a big deal but a little odd. The product was as expected and competitively priced.
