I’ve been a Sam Ash customer for a little over a year and i can honestly say that the customer service is outstanding!!!
The sales person on the phone (Jordon) was extremely helpful and answered every question I had for him. He followed up several times before my guitar was delivered and called after I received it to make sure everything was ok.
