David Weintraub’s sales service was very excellent. I originally ordered an Arturia Keylab 88 MKII with Sweetwater back in May, but they have been back ordered. Good people very helpful
Delivery was prompt and packing was appropriate. Online customer service helped me select a keyboard package for a beginner. Because the keyboard is a holiday gift for my 11 years old grandson; at this time I can’t rate the product. However, from my prior experiences with products bought from Sam Ash for my now adult grandson, my expectations are such that it will be my “go to” music store for my youngest grandson.
