It was a Awesome. I called to see if they had a product so that I could go to the store to pick it up and they help me out so it will come to me right over the phone and it was quick and easy and they were very nice and very on point in explaining everything and getting me the most for my money. I contacted the corporate website. I had all my questions answered and made my purchase of a Yamaha digital piano with a stand, headphones, and a piano bench. I had everything delivered to the Edison store since I live nearby. They put together the bench for me and will be giving me an explanation of the workings of the piano tomorrow when the piano arrives at the Edison store.I am delighted with Sam Ash and its customer service.

Great Service, but wasn´t clear. I bought three items and you send me an email that one o more items wasn´t in stock , while it said that it was when I made the purchase. Then I bought the same item on other store, and now you are sending me the item that it wasn´t in stock earlier.
