I had originally ordered a guitar and was willing to wait for it On back order, but over 80 days went by. Called up the Sam Ash support folks and they were very helpful. Got set up with a new guitar to deliver next week.

Vito went above-and-beyond. The product i wanted was not being produced by Roland, so he advised on a new one, managed to bring the price down to my budget, and then when I had issues paying internationally (i'm in South Africa), he sorted that out too. Boom!
