This was the easiest purchase I think I've ever made online. I bought an inexpensive electric guitar that was classified as used but was new in every way, including protective plastic film and tags. Not only did I save more than a third of the price, I got it in under 24 hours and the shipping was only $12.50! Stellar experience all the way around.
Staff at the Indy store was really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Only issue was the guitar inventory was low, but that was due to covid-19 and guitars being on backorder. Not their fault
