The guitar is amazing, receiving it with great setup and the international shipping is fast. It would be even better if someone will proactively explain the progression and next steps more, I feel just there is a little bit of lack of communications. Like I don’t get any reply for updating personal information request, the parcel has shipped for days but no one informing, mo official confirmation from SamAsh directly but a receipt from paypal automation. just an avoidable miscommunication, very thing is good overall
