As the store wasn’t permitted to be open, my husband and I dealt with Evan from the White Plains, NY store via phone. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very pleasant. Evan facilitated the order of an e-drum set for my husband’s upcoming birthday, it shipped and arrived at our house in a few days.
