I ordered a kerry king eq pedal prior to ordering from sam ash. It was from pro audio. They sent this 140$ eq pedal in a envelope instead of a box and the eq sliders were not manufactured well. Some of them did not go up all the way. My order from sam ash was completely different. It arrived in a box well protected, well packaged (like it should be) I examined the pedal closely and it was flawless and all the sliders worked like they should. Great product. Extremely fast shipping. The one wish I had to improve the experience would be to have individual pictures of the different types of wood, so I would know more of what I was picking. Even though I do understand that every cut of wood is different, it would be nice to have a general idea at my fingertips.
