The customer service at Sam Ash were most courteous and knowledgable. There were several issues that I needed to resolve and calling them back, they were patient and did all the work necessary to resolve the issues. Also there was no wait time when calling Sam Ash and the fact that each representative had a direct line was most helpful. Altogether a very pleasant experience dealing with Sam Ash and the staff were very friendly and upbeat.
Sam Ash delivered on giving me easily the best deal I could have gotten on a Supro Black Holiday, sent it to me three days before the expected delivery date and it was in perfect condition. The quality of the instrument is par for the course for Supro/Eastwood Guitars. I love how it sounds, plays, and looks.
