Initial problems with returning and exchanging damaged goods couldn't get it resolved until representative Orlando stepped in which was the only saving grace and was much appreciated. Still unresolved problem have spent three months trying to change email address still unresolved Communications lacking in terms of Sam Ash database extremely important to businesses such as mine otherwise we'll still do business with them
