This purchase was not my first but it will definitely be my last. I am definitely mad with Sam Ash because of the way my purchase was handled. First, the sales representative offered me a delivery date that was unreal. My order, without me knowing it, was placed as "back order", in spite of my being VERY clear that I needed delvery by a definite date due to an upcoming trip overseas and I needed to take the bass guitar I was purchasing. If I'm buying a Gibson Les Paul, I feel like the least you could do is include a pick or two and maybe a guitar strap. This may have been a kid getting their dream guitar, an adult who had a Les Paul like the one he's receiving, maybe he lost it tragically and someone special bought it for them previously.
