David at Sam Ash really came through for me bug time. I had two Guitars on back order with Guitar Center and when Guitar Center inadvertently canceled my order through some clerical error and then would not work to help me out; I called Sam Ash and they found the items I needed (Guitar Center had them on back order for a month) immediately, with no problems. Awesome experience. Keep it up.

I sent a request to meet a certain price on a guitar which I wanted and Matthew Marcus was my sales person who had to go through many steps in order to secure my guitar. I'm very grateful to him for the effort he put into it. I love the guitar and I will pass it on to my family as it is an heirloom parlor style guitar.
