There was a simple clerical error involving one order, with two credit cards The sales associate screwed it up, which resulted in being double- charged, for the same stuff On top of that, I didn't receive some of the gear I ordered, and one item shipped was defective I had to literally fight to fix it, but upon taking it to the highest level, I got what I paid for, and on the future I hope to re - boot and enjoy proper business w/ this great company Pure and simply that. .
