Sales was great (Steve Price) the whole e gift card was a hassle the fact that the guitar that I wanted was there and then the fact that I needed to purchase the e gift card to make up the difference in price on my Sam Ash card and in took so long to figure out the 4000 dollar guitar was gone had to settle on red instead of Honey Burst a bit disappointing still waiting for tracking number so I know when it's coming but the PRS 594 is the reason for my pacints hope this helps future buyers
