I have no issues with the bass guitar. My issue is with Sam Ash. This bass was listed as new, but it didn't come in any of the Ibanez packing material. Wrapped up in a single layer of bubble wrap and various other material to fill up the box. The box itself was an Epiphone box and it was split open at the side seam. If the bass was new why wasn't it in original packing? Also, there was not any factory items in with the bass (owners manual and truss key). Fortunately there was not any damage and the bass looks great.
