Great experience! The salesman was kind, caring, and knowledgeable. He took the time to speak with us about the type of electronic drum set and sticks that would best meet the needs of our 8-year old grandson. He even transported the purchase out to our vehicle. (I am handicapped and in a wheelchair, so I especially appreciated this service.) This gentleman has worked for Sam Ash for many years. It is obvious that he enjoys his job! He is an asset to your company!!!
