the website was a little jenky and stopped me from completing my purchase which would have made me miss the 4th of July sale but Dave Weintaub stepped in and made everything perfect. Kudos for service above and beyond
I had to return a piano keyboard and the return went flawlessly. The store representative was congenial and very easy to work with. After the return, I wanted to try an alternate piano keyboard. Unfortunately, all of the keyboards that I wanted to try were missing the AC power adapters.
Great staff. I can find everything I need here. The prices are better then other music stores. Gave it four stars only because the store seems to need a few updates and repairs.
