I was looking for a DDJ-1000 from pioneer, and even though one was not in stock, they were incredibly knowledgeable about the timeline that they would get a new one. He kept in contact with me until the order was filled and personally provided me a tracking number! What a great experience.
Ordering online and being able to see the prices listed was very easy and understandable. The only thing I would say is for example on Yamaha 88 keys work station demonstration was fag. The gentleman didn't show how he brought up sounds or what all the keyboard can do. The gentleman on the Korg 88 keys work station shows how they bring the sound and show different patterns of sound. So, if I was looking for Yamaha I wouldn't buy it by the demonstration. Therefore, I got the Korg. They need to show us up closed not just talk... read more
After seeing the guitar I wanted in the store, I spoke with A representative over the phone. He handled getting it ordered and shipped to me as I Was on vacation at the time I found this guitar. Excellent customer service from Chad! I wish there were a Sam Ash closer to home!
