Received order sooner than expected but didn’t realize I needed another part called #on order. Associate very helpful. sent what I needed. Received it on July 4. 2 days later 👏🏼👏🏼🤗
Customer service was excellent!! I love my new digital piano and am very happy with my item. I ordered a Casio and it is just as good if not better than my former Yamaha. I only gave 4 stars because there was an minor issue with the delivery date but other than that, highly recommend!!!
Went over and above and beyond to track keyboard that was out of stock almost everywhere and did a lot of special things to make the order go through these people are genuinely helpful and seem to care. They know how important these things are to musicians because they are musicians.
Very fast delivery, quality product at a price that was lower than anyone else around. Very satisfied.
Easy site to navigate and entire experience went smoothly. Then my guitar came quickly and was beautifully packaged and delivered with no problems. And the price was also good. Finally my guitar is absolutely beautiful. Strings are nylon so they get out of tune pretty quickly but I’m sure that’s because they are new.
