I got really World-Class customer service from your Sales Rep, David Weintraub. He managed to get me a Martin 000-42 Modern Deluxe - a rare and beautiful guitar - shipping it to me in record time, double-boxed and arriving in pristine condition. In these days hen so many simply do not do their jobs, it is wonderful to work with someone who knows what he is doing and goes out of his way to do it so well.
Staff were nice just seemed very busy because you saw them walking around but hard to get someone to help since they were all multitasking. Labor shortage?
