Andrew L went above and beyond with helping me find a tuba. When the one I originally wanted was unavailable (and would be for a while) he combed through the inventory of every Sam Ash store and kept me updated on any and every tuba Iād be interested in. Thanks to his hard work I am now the proud owner of a tuba! Whenever I hear anyone is going to the Lombard Sam Ash I tell them to talk to Andrew, he can help you out!Ā
Delivery was fast and service was greatĀ
You had the products I needed, and shipped them right away. However Fed Ex was not clear on when the delivery would happen and changed from a specific day to "unknown." I only knew it was in transit and had to second guess when to anticipate when my package would arrive. I have not had this experience with either USPS or UPSĀ
