The first thing that impressed me was that you had inventory of the Epiphone Lil' Tex when no other retailer did. Then the free shipping was another plus. After ordering it took about a week to get from Florida to Wisconsin which is to be expected. There was a hole in the over-pack outer box, but it didn't penetrate the Epiphone box and the instrument was in perfect condition. In conclusion, I could not be happier! Thank you very much SamAsh!

The company called me to let me know that my bongo stand didn't have its original box but that they had carefully inspected it. They asked for my approval before sending it without its original packing, and I agreed to receive it that way. However, the stand arrived protected fully in cardboard and heavy bubble wrap, and it was in absolute mint condition without a single scratch on it!
