The phone agent was extremely helpful and told me that he would make sure my order got out that day. While Fedex was one day late in the delivery (I think due to weather) I still received my merchandise within two days (I only paid for regular ground shipping). All in all... I was very pleased.

Ordered two TourTek guitar cases which I’ve not owned before but I am absolutely thrilled with them! ordered some ErnieBall Strings and of course always a great product. My first order through Sam Ash Music was completed from start to finish and worked like a fine oiled machine. Ordered, Packed, Shipped! 2 days guitars were packed away in their new case and I am one happy guy !!
