I was looking on the website and saw a bass that I liked that said to call a phone number for a price (not really crazy about that policy). I called and spoke with Kat Burrow, who was amazing. She located the bass, answered all my (many) questions, got pictures and even answered my emails on her vacation. Made me a happy customer
