I placed my first order at Sam Ash recently with Steven Segal. Steven was knowledgeable,and friendly. He quickly found the guitar I wanted and had it shipped to me in a weeks time. I look forward to calling on him for my future music equipment needs.
I got everything I ordered and the products are great however, I paid $34. for 2nd day delivery, ordered on Saturday, got it the following Wednesday. I did not know FedEx doesn't do weekends. This should've been mentioned. Hate to think when I would've gotten my orders without it.
