I called in a order and it was taken seriously. Not like going in to guitar center. I was given the item I wanted and was given all the information as the process was going through. Daniel from white plains NY took care of the whole thing . In guitar center I had the item and it was less then three hundred dollars and I said I'd like this item .... 30 minutes later I was still standing there . Yeah SamAsh is a way better store all together.
