Bought a bass off Amazon for my sons birthday- horrible experience (it never shipped despite showing it was set to arrive 2 days before the big day). Canceled and reordered, but that one arrived damaged! Sam Ash to the rescue! Overnighted the bass and saved the birthday. My rep was awesome and made things happen, where Amazon could care less. Highly recommend this company.
I ordered a used Olds trombone from Sam Ash, and the entire process exceede my expectations. The ordering process was easily nagivated. The delivery was on time and carefully packed. And, the instrument (while well-used) is exceptional. The slide is as smooth as silk, and that's very important to me as a trombonist.
