Shipped package had the wrong state on label, Jordan went the extra mile to contact FedEx to get the package redirected to my address here in Port Orange, FL. even got it early.

I had tried another venue looking for bass drum mallets but they were dealing with computer/ordering issues. BUT when I contacted Sam Ash, Donnie, the sales rep. was able to order the mallets immediately AND gave me his contact info. at the store incase I had any concerns etc. Would definitely recommend everyone to use Sam Ash for your musical needs
