Shipped quicker than expected. Guitar had a small indent in the front. They offered a full refund if I wanted to send the guitar back or, in my opinion, a very minimal $25 partial refund to keep it. I didn't want the hassle of sending it back and ordering another one so I just kept it. Communication through email was slow, would have been nice to have a phone number to actually speak to someone. I feel a better resolution could have been accomplished. I will probably not deal with SamAsh again.

I used to live in Florida and loved going to the Sam Ash location in Margate, FL. The entire staff was a joy working with on all my guitar purchases: they were extremely attentive and professional. I’ve since moved to North Carolina and could not find a location where I got the type of service as in Margate, so when I find a guitar I want to buy, I call my friends at Sam Ash Margate and place an order. At first, rep on phone said I would have to come in to store to order and pay for drumsticks to be delivered. Then he called back with correction and said, we can actually fill my request over phone.
