No where else had the PRS Silver Sky SE in stock. I ordered it and had it in 5 days. My friend ordered his in December and still doesn't have it.

I bought a cello from Sam Ash two weeks ago - without even seeing the instrument myself. The whole process was pleasant and very efficient. I purchased a used instrument that was advertised on-line. Initially they sent they wrong one. However, after I contacted them they quickly resolved the issue and delivered the correct item. The condition of the instrument was as accurately described on line, and delivery was quick.
I received very courteous service from the associate. I'm left handed, so a guitar I wanted to try wasn't in stock, but the associate took my information to contact me when the model I wanted came in. I wound up ordering a guitar online with your company.

The product was exactly as described. The new tubes bring new life to my amp. The only issue I have is the shipping method. Other music supply stores have free shipping and use Fed Ex or UPS. Sam Ash charged $4.99 for shipping and uses USPS. I have a PO Box and the post office closes early. It makes it difficult to get items delivered. Sam Ash shipped the product very quickly but it took an extra 2 days to get it because of the postal service. Thank you for the great products.
