EVEN THOUGH I HAD TO WAIT A WHOLE YEAR TO GET MY YAMAHA DGX-670WH PIANO DELIVERED, IT WAS WORTH IT. IT WASN'T THE FAULT OF SAM ASH BUT THE PANDEMIC. EVERY TIME I CALLED TO CHECK UP ON THE ORDER THEY BENT OVER BACKWARDS KEEPING ME UP TO DATE ON THE PROGRESS OF THE DELIVERY DATE. I FEEL VERY LUCKY TO HAVE SAM ASH SO CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE. THEY HAVE FIRST RATE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY PRODUCTS.

I received the incorrect item, but Sam Ash did a great job fixing the mistake. I was given a shipping label, and the replacement appeared to have been rush delivered to me, as I got it two days later. Fantastic job!
