My Order arrived early, well packaged. I was under the impression I was purchasing a used unit. It was New in the Box. Thank you for your attention. A marketing note, you may make necessary purchases to make the equipment i.e., throne or footpedal for the kick drum, hi-hat stand.
The service is great with very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. I ordered a piece of equipment on a Friday late afternoon and received it the next day. And the shipping was free! I’ve been shopping there for more than 20 years and have never had a bad experience.

Called the 1-800 number about 1 guitar and the sales rep recommended a different, but possibility better one. When it arrived it wasn't as good as the one I wanted and I took it to this location to exchange for the original one I wanted. People here were super cool and helpful. No regrets trying the one the sales rep offered bit wasn't to my liking. I'll be going back when my family allows me to upgrade.
