Polite, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. There was a hiccup in shipping, my guitar wasn't shipped promptly, but that's okay; it's understandable especially around thanksgiving and holliday season. I love the guitar I received and I love you guys. Happy Holliday's!!

The sales person that helped me was excellent. A really nice guy. He was knowledgeable and took the time to show me various options and to explain the differences between different guitars. The store manager on the other hand was a bit of a tool. While the sales person was assisting me the manager abruptly pulled him away to attend to some other task and left me standing around for a good 15 minutes. The guitar itself is mostly great for the price. Love the simple construction, comfortable carve outs, comfortable neck and pearl white color. The website check-out page doesn't work on Chrome so I have to use Firefox to purchase. Shipping is fast even during Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the bridge rail humbucker is defective and wouldn't output any signals unless I tap on a specific location on the coils. I'm going to replace the bridge pickup anyways so I'll just use the neck pickup in the mean time.
The item I ordered was shipped the same day, and arrived in perfect condition. Sam Ash, whether in the stores or on-line, has always been a fair and trustworthy source of musical gear. Highly recommended.
