Pros: Their photographs and description were 100x better than their "largest competitor". The guitar arrived quickly and well-packaged. I was notified of the shipping progress dutifully. The 3/4 guitar exceeded my expectations in quality and performance. Also, I received the guitar in a short period of time.
I read a few online articles about what might be the best starter guitar for a 10 year old grand daughter. Sam Ash had one at a fantastic price. Shipped and arrived super fast so plenty of time to get it under the Christmas tree. Altogether excellent buying experience.
