Somehow the wrong item was initially shipped; but they were so nice and sent me the correct item, and said I could keep the other things too!
The transaction went very smooth. I usually shop the Nashville (Madison, TN) store, but I wasn't planning a Nashville trip before I needed it. That is also a great store.
Sam Ashe was able to locate an acoustic and vocal effect that most other outlets simply called backordered and gave up on. I appreciate your customer service and going the second mile for me.
