Everything was great! I got the guitar I wanted & was able to package it with a case to protect during shipping. Thanks to Mike Walley who called me to inform me that the guitar I was purchasing was a floor model, but that it was in almost perfect condition. He helped me add a case to the purchase & got it shipped promptly! Extremely satisfied!!! Thank you again!

Overall good experience. They made sure I knew I was getting a demo guitar and would not be in a 'factory sealed' box. The package I received had protected my guitar very well thanks to good internal bubble wrap protection. On top of that the guitar looks like new and plays well right out of the box. I am happy.
