This mama is not musically inclined but my boys are. I brought in my 11 y/o and Andrew was so helpful and took extra time to show him around, discuss the difference in products, and make some suggestions.

Overall good experience. They made sure I knew I was getting a demo guitar and would not be in a 'factory sealed' box. The package I received had protected my guitar very well thanks to good internal bubble wrap protection. On top of that the guitar looks like new and plays well right out of the box. I am happy.
