I decided to purchase the Ibanez AS 73 and found them out of stock everywhere but Sam Ash. Your representative found one and handled them transaction quickly and efficiently. The product arrived very quickly and with no damage. Sam Ash does not offer setup so I'll need to drive 1.5 hours for that service or try it myself. My usual supplier does that for $60.00 and is a 3 or 4 day wait.
Sean in Westminster went out of his way to find a specific percussion kit that I liked. He went beyond the call of duty (and taking my frantic calls) by scouring the country for that specific kit that was new in the box. He said a little patience and goodness indeed he came through. I saved A LOT of money with the special bundle and now my grandson has his own instrument to enjoy pounding on while I practice on my own at the same time. He is two !!
