The lady that I dealt with was Taylor. She made this transaction start to finish perfection! I am now hoping to deal with her every time I go in to purchase something. In the past year I have purchased 3 Michael Kelly guitars, 2 electric and 1 acoustic, in my opinion some great guitars for the money, Orange amp, 3 gig bags, 1 hard case and some other stuff. Guitar was listed as used / demo when received I couldn't find so much as a fingerprint on it maybe a couple of very lite mar marks on the pickguard but the guitar was absolutely spotless. Setup was spot-on truss rod to my untrained eye looked perfect, not a single buzzing fret unless it's my my terrible playing. I can make every fret on the neck buzz. Lmao
