Great little tambourine to play on Shabbat! This is good for a child or an elderly person with arthritis in their hands. Has a good and joyful sound!
Worked with two employees. First, customer service for a refund because I ordered wrong item. Thru Amazon. Very successful! She was very helpful and friendly. Then she transferred me to sales where I was quickly able to order correct item. Purchase arrived a few days later.
