Great little tambourine to play on Shabbat! This is good for a child or an elderly person with arthritis in their hands. Has a good and joyful sound!
Worked with two employees. First, customer service for a refund because I ordered wrong item. Thru Amazon. Very successful! She was very helpful and friendly. Then she transferred me to sales where I was quickly able to order correct item. Purchase arrived a few days later. I will use Amazon as little as possible and order directly from merchant from now on. Sam Ash has always been the go to place to buy!!

Had amazing experience. My pedal was delivered by FedEx to the wrong location. I showed up at the store to pick it up and learned this. The employees went out of their way to find it and promised me a pedal asap either way. In the end it was delivered to a red lobster. Lol. They went and picked it up and I had my pedal 2 hours later. Amazing experience. Staff was great.
