My first order was placed and seemed to be taking long to be delivered. Once I looked it up, I found that it was canceled yet I had no call, voicemail, or email stating that and why. It was irritating but it went ahead and tried to order again. Luckily the second order was delivered in a timely manner successfully. 3 stars rather than 1 because the second order came through but disappointed about lack of communication.
My guitar (Joe Bonamassa Lazarus) arrived in a pretty damaged box, but as it was in a hard case the guitar was completely fine. However, because of the look of the box and parts blacked out and damaged I called customer support. They informed me to take everything to my local Sam Ash (Philadelphia Mills) and they would inspect the guitar and do a free setup. If anything would be wrong Sam Ash will make it right.
