Fast, knowledgeable, friendly service
My first order was placed and seemed to be taking long to be delivered. Once I looked it up, I found that it was canceled yet I had no call, voicemail, or email stating that and why. It was irritating but it went ahead and tried to order again. Luckily the second order was delivered in a timely manner successfully. 3 stars rather than 1 because the second order came through but disappointed about lack of communication.
My guitar (Joe Bonamassa Lazarus) arrived in a pretty damaged box, but as it was in a hard case the guitar was completely fine. However, because of the look of the box and parts blacked out and damaged I called customer support. They informed me to take everything to my local Sam Ash (Philadelphia Mills) and they would inspect the guitar and do a free setup. If anything would be wrong Sam Ash will make it right. I am very happy with my purchase. The call before the guitar shipped was very good. The guitar arrived one day later than it was supposed to the last three out of four times FedEx shipped to me the delivery was delayed.
No problems what so ever. Delivered quickly, even with all the issues in the world right now. Daughter will love the Xmas gift. Thank you.

My order went thru easy with no snags and was packaged very nicely to not have any breakage. My only complaint with them is the online site needs some better system compared to others. It seems harder to single out items.
